Designated Supportive Living is only offered at Bethany Sylvan Lake. This service is for independent seniors who need assistance with the activities for daily living.

Monthly rent includes:

• 24-hours per day Personal Care Attendant on duty
• Meals
• Light weekly housekeeping
• Linen service
• Recreation and social programs.
