Bethany Calgary features many unique qualities such as our large, bright tropical atrium with a water feature, live tress and plants, and multi-level terraces. We also have a library, internet access, a chapel for meditation and worship, and an auditorium for larger worship services and social activities.

Community

Bethany Calgary has been an important part of the Hillhurst community in northwest Calgary since 1945. The care centre is well connected to the community and over the years has developed relationships with local schools, churches and community groups.

Chaplain

Bethany Care Society is a faith-based organization and chaplains minister to residents representing a wide diversity of faiths and denominations. This ministry provides spiritual care for residents, families, staff and volunteers. You can access Pastoral Care by contacting the Chaplains' office at the care centre.

Activities

Bethany Calgary offers a wide variety of social and recreation activities on a weekly and monthly basis. While some activities are geared towards helping residents maintain mobility and cognitive abilities, others are just for fun. Special occasions and holidays are also celebrated on a regular basis. We also have a wheelchair accessible bus for outings.

Extra Services

Bethany Calgary offers a number of other services that are available at a nominal charge. Some of these services include a hair dresser, a foot care clinic, an audiologist, tuck shop and cafeteria. On-site laundry services are also available for an additional charge and some recreational day trips may require a fee.
