Mundy Park Apartments plus power

One Bedroom

Rent is $610 per month

Minimum income: $20,000

Maximum income: $27,000

Two Bedroom

Rent is $700 per month

Minimum income: $24,000

Maximum income: $31,000

Three Bedroom

Rent is $810 per month

Minimum income: $28,000

Maximum income: $36,000

Damage deposit

Damage deposit is one month's rent. Rent includes heat, water and one parking stall. Rent does not include power, cable or telephone.

Parking
One parking stall is included with each unit. A second stall may be available for an additional charge

River's Edge plus power and heat

Two Bedroom
Rent is $800 per month
Minimum income: $32,000
Maximum income: $35,000

Three Bedroom
Rent is $900 per month
Minimum income: $36,000
Maximum income: $39,000

Parking
One parking stall is included with each unit.

Prairie Sound plus power and heat

Two Bedroom
Rent is $850 per month
Minimum income: $33,500
Maximum income: $36,500

Three Bedroom
Rent is $950 per month
Minimum income: $37,000

Each unit comes with their own attached garage.

If you are interested in moving into High River Affordable Housing, you can phone the Housing Coordinator at 403-619-0402 or fill out our application form. The primary applicant must be over the age of 18 and be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident. You must also be living, working or attending school in High River or have immediate family ties in High River.

Selection is based on eligibility and greatest need. Application for a unit at High River Affordable Housing does not guarantee acceptance.
