Rental Agreement

Riverview Village offers affordable and independent apartment living for those aged 55-plus and families. Rents are maintained approximately 20 per cent below market prices for the city of Calgary to ensure affordability.  There is a no smoking and no pets policy on common property and grounds.

Suites

Riverview Village is a five building complex with studio, one and two bedroom apartments.

Common areas

Riverview Village offers a number of common areas such as libraries, exercise areas, and social rooms for activities and gatherings.

Community

Riverview Village is situated in a park-like setting in the southeast Calgary community of Dover and next door to St. Luke's Anglican Church. Riverview Village has also partnered with community service organizations who can give tenants information on areas such as health, financial and legal issues.

Housing Chaplain

Bethany Care Society is a faith-based organization and chaplains minister to residents representing a wide diversity of faiths and denominations. Tenants can access Pastoral Care by contacting the Chaplain’s office at Riverview Village.

Activities

Activity is the best part about living at Riverview Village. A tenant social club holds regular meetings and hosts a variety of social events.
