Riverview Village offers secure and affordable independent apartment living for those aged 55-plus and families. Rents are maintained approximatley 20 per cent below prices for the city of Calgary to ensure affordability.

Wilkinson House

For those aged 55-plus
Studio suites are $575 per month
One bedroom suites are $715 per month
Damage deposit is one month's rent. Rent includes all utilities (heat, water, power and sewer).

Kanerva House

For those aged 65-plus
One bedroom suites are $720 per month
Damage deposit is one months’ rent. Rent includes all utilities (heat, water, power and sewer).

Apartment Blocks

For individuals and families aged 18-plus
One bedroom suites $770 per month
Two bedroom suites are $890 per month ($850 with a one-year lease)
Damage deposit is one month's rent. Rent includes heat, water and sewer.

Parking

Parking is $30 per month for a plug-in and $20 per month for a non plug-in.
