Suites at Sundance on the Green offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with various model types and floor plans. For purchase prices on available suites, please phone: (403) 254-9800.

Monthly fees include: heat, water, sewage, waste management, common area maintenance and exterior building maintenance, grounds keeping, on-site staff, building insurance-structural and Lake Sundance membership.

Residents are responsible for: suite electricity, telephone, cable vision, Internet services, monthly property tax, personal property insurance and maintenance of interior suite.
