Rental Agreement

Supportive living is a rental agreement between Bethany Care Society and the resident. People who live in supportive living enjoy the convenience of meals and light weekly housekeeping. A 24-hour personal response system, and some recreational, social and spiritual programs are also included as part of the reasonable monthly rate. 

One of the most frequent comments expressed by people who have moved into places like CollegeSide Gardens is that they wish they had done it sooner!

Common Areas

Residents have access to all common areas of the centre including a private dining room, bistro, exercise room, TV room, worship space, mulit-purpose room with kitchen, outdoor patios and beautiful, park-like grounds, with access to pathways.

Community

On the extensive grounds of Red Deer College, you have access to many of its programs, events and resources: the library, the Common, the Kevin Sirois Fitness Centre and the Arts Centre. Or just sit in on a course that interests you!

CollegeSide Gardens is also close to Bower Place Mall, restaurants, places of worship and essential services like medical clinics and the Red Deer Regional Hospital.

Chaplain

Bethany Care Society is a faith-based organization and chaplains minister to residents representing a wide diversity of faiths and denominations. This ministry provides spiritual care for residents, families, staff and volunteers. You can access Pastoral Care by contacting the Chaplain’s office at the centre.

Bethany CollegeSide will provide a lively environment where you can participate in activities or enjoy quiet time in your private suite. And enjoy regular visits to favourite places in and around Red Deer using Bethany’s own bus.
