

Conference Registration: Due to limited meeting room capacities, registration will be assigned on a “first come” basis, with tickets issued for each session. Please indicate your first and second choice in each concurrent session block (see reverse side of the Registration Form). If the preferred session is full and a second choice is not indicated, the Conference Manager will assign an alternate session.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy: A 50% refund of your paid registration fee will be granted for written cancellations received before October 15, 2007. No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received after October 15 or for no-shows. All requests must be made in writing. Any and all refunds will be processed following the conference. Transfers within organizations are available until October 15, 2007 – please provide name changes prior to that date.
Hotel Information: A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for conference participants at the Coast Plaza Hotel. You are responsible for making your own arrangements for accommodation. The conference rate is $119/night, single or double occupancy. If you wish to reserve a hotel room, call the Coast Plaza Hotel at (403) 248-8888 or 1-800-661-1464 and tell them the reservation is for the Bethany Conference in order to receive the best conference rate. The reserved block of rooms will only be held until September 25, 2007.
Professional Association Credits: Many professional associations and societies will recognize all or parts of the Dreambuilders Education Conference program for members’ professional development credits. Please check with your
professional organization for details.
