Lights, Cameras, Action - The First Annual Tiaras and Bow Ties Fashion Show at Bethany Cochrane

Posted on Friday, May 06, 2011

(Cochrane, May 6, 2011) Bethany Cochrane is pleased to announce the first annual Tiaras and Bow Ties Fashion Show being held on May 7, 2011. The event includes 21 grandchildren of residents and children and grandchildren of employees of Bethany Cochrane. The fashion show replaces the traditional Mother’s Day Tea that has been held for the past 20 years.

“After many years of hosting the successful Mother’s Day Tea, recreation staff got together and brainstormed a fun and exciting event. They wanted an occasion that could include grandchildren and children of residents,” says Doreen Wilson, Administrator, Bethany Cochrane. “Residents love to have children visit and this event will incorporate that along with family and friends and a lot of memories of when residents’ children were young. Mother’s Day is an important day for both men and women residents and this will bring joy, laughter and a lot of entertainment all at the same time”.
